Service Agreement
Your care and maintenance responsibilities
To maintain your 10 year installation guarantee, the following come into effect after the first 12 months of installation or 24 months in the case of conservatories and orangeries (unless stated):
- Failure to oil moving parts (all moving parts guaranteed for 12 months only)
- Failure to service silicone seals
- Failure to clear all drainage holes allowing water to be taken away from sealed units
- Cleaning frames and glass with non approved products
- Failure to remove dirt and growth from roof and frames
- Failure to clean guttering every 12 months
- General expansion of glass units in a roof or frame that can cause premature breakdown of glass units or leaks
- General expansion of frames
- Electrical parts (guaranteed for 12 months only)
- Adjustments to doo
